We got comfy king room with ac as an upgrade, nice gesture. A safe box, a minibar, and central heating were all available. The hotel was in a stunning and super position not far from the old town, and a splendid restaurant and excellent food...

I had a great value for my money at this cute Swiss hotel. The room was comfortable and had old-world charm, with a modern bathroom. The location was perfect, with a view of the Rhine River. The staff at the hotel were excellent, especially considering that German is not my first language. They were helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better would be more choices. There was a limited selection of food available, and it would have been nice to have a wider variety to choose from.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with a view overlooking the fast flowing Rhine river. I couldn't help but be mesmerized by the beauty of the surroundings. The historic charm of the building added to the overall experience, making it feel like a truly authentic Swiss getaway. The room was comfortable, with a very comfy mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. Even though there was only one pillow provided, I found the mattress to be so comfortable that it didn't really bother me. The breakfast, though not perfect, was acceptable and provided a decent start to the day.

We had a really lovely experience at this hotel. Our room was large and the bathroom was modern. We enjoyed the wonderful view. the setting was great, as it was close to restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a church. We also appreciated having Restaurant Gutenberg nearby where we could relax.

The room was clean and charming - with a lovely view of the Rhein river. The staff were kind and went above and beyond by making us sandwiches for our early departure. The hotel's medieval decor added a magical touch, and the location was perfect - just a short walk from the main square.
Would definitely recommend.

Great food and stunning views I enjoyed a city break at a hotel located by a beautiful river. the food was great, especially the fresh fish, and the staff were friendly. Two complementary facts were given, which was a nice touch. the hotel had a riverside terrace and was located near a must-see old town. Sitting outside on the terrace with a view of the river was stunning.
Rude reception and clumsy waiting staff the hotel had its downsides, unfortunately. the reception was rude and unwelcoming, which was a big letdown.
